How do I return my product?
Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department within 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee (3.00 minimum) and are responsible for all shipping charges. You must email the refund request to support@insidethecamp.com with "RETURN" in the subject field, when we receive your return e-mail, return instructions and a Return Authorization Number will be sent to you. No return packages will be accepted without the Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outside of package to be returned.
For all returns or exchanges, the item must be returned with the following:
* All original contents (product, Manuals, Instructions, etc.)
* Original packaging.
* Original invoice or receipt.
* Enclose a brief letter of explanation.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for the return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
What is you return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy. If you have received and item that is damaged please contact us immediately. Also if an item seems to be defective and has been past the 30 day return policy you will need to contact the manufacturer for their warranty policy. Please do not return an item without receiving a Return Authorization Number. To receive the Return Authorization Number contact support@insidethecamp.com . Returns will not be accepted without the RA#.
I received the wrong product. What do I do?
Please contact us at support@insidethecamp.com to receive instructions on the return of the incorrect item. Once the incorrect item is received back to us we will promptly ship out the correct product to you.
When will my order ship?
Most orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days, depending on the item.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days of placing the order, depending on the item.
My order never arrived. What do I do?
If it has been more than 10 business days from the date you placed your order and your item has not arrived to you, please email us at support@insidethecamp.com . We will be happy to locate your order and get it to you as quickly as possible. Customer satisfaction is a top priority at InsideTheCamp.com.
An item is missing from my shipment. What do I do?
Please email us at support@insidethecamp.com give us detailed information about the missing item. We will determine why the item was not shipped and send you a prompt reply email. Please include your name and the order confirmation number so that we may better serve you in a prompt manner.
My product is missing parts. What do I do?
If the product is missing parts that were to be sent separately, but did not arrive, please email us at support@insidethecamp.com . If the product is missing parts that were supposed to be in the package, please contact the manufacturer of the product for further assistance.
When will my backorder arrive?
While we make every attempt to fill orders placed, occasionally an order may be delayed or backordered. If a delay or backorder occurs we will send you notification by email. Most backorders are due to manufacturer supply constraints. If you have not received your backorder, please contact us at support@insidethecamp.com we will do everything possible to get a delivery date for you.
